Arlen Global Mobility is an international recruitment and global mobility company. We provide immigration consultancy and coordination, and we manage the recruitment and relocation stages of a cross-border hire.
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal representation. Where a case requires legal representation or specialized legal assistance, we coordinate with qualified immigration and foreign-nationality lawyers.

Arlen Global Mobility is a Spanish company specialized in international recruitment, human resources management, immigration coordination, relocation and global mobility.
We help companies, professionals, students and families organize international processes from the country of origin through to arrival and integration in the destination.

We know that a hard-to-fill vacancy is not merely an open position. It can affect production, deadlines, service quality and the growth of an entire operation.
That is why, before starting a search, we listen to and analyse what the company actually needs: the professional profile, the experience, the certifications, the language, the hiring conditions, the country of origin, the start date and the immigration viability.
From that information we design a process adapted to locating, assessing and shortlisting candidates who answer the real needs of the role.
We do not limit ourselves to presenting CVs. We coordinate documentation, mobility, travel, relocation and onboarding when these form part of the service.
For professionals, students and families
We understand that behind every immigration process there is a personal goal: developing a career, beginning a course of study, reuniting with family, taking part in an international experience or building a new stage of life.
We study each situation individually in order to identify the options that may be applicable according to the profile, the nationality, the country of residence, the destination and the objective of the person.
