  • Full name, email address and telephone number.
  • Country of residence and nationality.
  • Profession, years of experience and preferred destination.

c) Email and WhatsApp

  • Name and contact details, telephone number and WhatsApp profile information where visible.
  • The content of communications and any attachments.

d) Data processed during a recruitment or mobility process

  • Identification data: names, date of birth, nationality, passport or identity document number.
  • Academic and professional data: qualifications, certifications, licences, employment history and references.
  • Documentation required by the employer or by the authorities of the destination country in connection with a specific application.

e) Browsing data

  • IP address, browser type and operating system.
  • Pages visited and time spent on the site.
  • Cookie preferences, stored locally on your device.

Special categories of data

Our public forms are not designed to collect special categories of data, and we ask you not to submit them. Where an immigration procedure in a specific destination requires documents such as a medical certificate or a criminal record certificate, those documents will be requested only when strictly necessary for that procedure, on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR art. 9.2.a), and handled with reinforced security measures.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Responding to enquiries: attending to enquiries and requests submitted through the website forms, email, telephone or WhatsApp.
  • Candidate assessment: reviewing a professional profile against current employment opportunities and the mobility pathways applicable to the destination.
  • Recruitment: presenting candidate profiles to employers who have an active requirement, where the candidate has consented to that presentation.
  • Immigration and mobility coordination: coordinating the immigration and relocation stages of a process with the employer, partners and, where required, qualified lawyers.
  • Contractual relationship: managing the commercial relationship with client companies, including invoicing and service communications.
  • Legal compliance: complying with applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you voluntarily submit your data through a form, by email or via WhatsApp and accept this Privacy Policy. Explicit consent (art. 9.2.a) is requested separately for any special category of data.
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR): when processing is necessary to provide the contracted services or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR): for tax, accounting and other applicable legal duties.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): for maintaining the business relationship, improving our services and preventing fraud. This interest has been balanced against your rights and freedoms.

5. Data retention

Once those periods have elapsed, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

  • Enquiries and candidate profiles with no process under way: retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication, unless you ask us earlier to delete them or a service is formalised.
  • Contractual relationship: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the statutory limitation period for actions (five years, art. 1964 of the Spanish Civil Code).
  • Tax and accounting obligations: four years, in accordance with the Spanish General Tax Law.
  • Immigration and mobility case files: five years after the service ends, or for such period as is necessary to respond to potential claims.
  • Browsing data: retained in aggregated or anonymised form only and not associated with your identity.

6. Recipients of the data

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients, and only where necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Employers: companies with an active recruitment requirement, where you have consented to your profile being presented to them.
  • Recruitment and mobility partners: collaborating organisations in the destination markets, always under confidentiality agreements and in compliance with the GDPR.
  • Immigration and foreign-nationality lawyers: where legal representation or specialized legal assistance is required in your case. Those professionals act as independent controllers under their own professional duties.
  • Immigration and consular authorities: embassies, consulates and government bodies of the destination country, in the context of a specific application.
  • Netlify, Inc. (United States) — website hosting and form processing. Data submitted through the website forms is received and stored by this provider acting as a processor.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States) — WhatsApp is offered as a communication channel. Messages sent through it are subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
  • Tax authorities and, where legally required, law enforcement and the courts.

Outside the cases described above, data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

7. International transfers

Because the services are international by nature, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the destination markets in which we operate (Poland, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Spain, Puerto Rico, Canada) and to the technology providers named above, which process data in the United States.

Where the destination country does not benefit from a European Commission adequacy decision, the appropriate safeguards provided for in articles 44 to 49 GDPR are applied: standard contractual clauses, your explicit consent, or the exception in article 49.1.b relating to the performance of a contract. United States providers operate under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

You may request further information about the safeguards applied by writing to info@arlenglobalmobility.com.

8. Security measures

Arlen Global Mobility has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or unauthorised access, including:

  • Encrypted communication over HTTPS (TLS) across the whole website.
  • Access to personal data restricted to authorised persons only.
  • Confidentiality agreements with partners and collaborators who access personal data.
  • Secure storage of physical and digital case documentation.
  • Periodic review of the measures in place.

No security system is infallible. Should a breach occur that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be notified without undue delay in accordance with article 34 GDPR, and the Spanish Data Protection Agency will be informed within 72 hours in accordance with article 33 GDPR.

9. Communications via WhatsApp

  • WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and is subject to its own terms of use and privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted, which means that only you and we can read their content.
  • Meta may access communication metadata (date, time, frequency of use, telephone number) under its own terms of service.
  • We recommend that you do not send sensitive documentation — passports, medical or financial documents — through WhatsApp. Alternative secure channels will be provided where confidential documentation is needed.

10. Your rights

  • Access (art. 15 GDPR): to know whether we process your data and to obtain a copy of it and information about the processing.
  • Rectification (art. 16 GDPR): to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed.
  • Erasure (art. 17 GDPR): to have your data deleted where, among other grounds, it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
  • Objection (art. 21 GDPR): to object to processing in certain circumstances, including processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Restriction (art. 18 GDPR): to request that processing be restricted in the cases provided for.
  • Portability (art. 20 GDPR): to receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
  • Not to be subject to automated decisions (art. 22 GDPR): we do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
  • Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

How to exercise your rights

Send a request to info@arlenglobalmobility.com stating your full name and contact details, the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of an identity document so that we can verify your identity.

We will respond within one month of receipt, extendable by a further two months depending on the complexity or number of requests, in accordance with article 12.3 GDPR.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.

11. Minors

Our services are directed at adults in the labour market and are not addressed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 14 years of age without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be amended to reflect legislative, case-law or business-practice developments. Any material change will be published on this page together with the date of last update. Where a change affects processing for which your consent was obtained, fresh consent will be requested.

Cookie Policy

In accordance with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), this page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They are used to make the site work correctly or more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.

This website also uses local storage, a similar technology, to remember your cookie preferences on your own device. Nothing stored in this way is transmitted to us.

2. Categories used on this website

Necessary cookies

Strictly necessary for the basic operation of the website: security, form submission and remembering your cookie choice. These do not require consent and cannot be disabled through the preferences panel.

Analytics cookies

Would allow us to understand aggregated, anonymised use of the website in order to improve it. No analytics cookies are currently deployed on this website. If that changes, they will only be set after you have given consent through the preferences panel, and this policy will be updated first.

Marketing cookies

Would allow measurement of advertising campaigns. No marketing or advertising cookies are currently deployed on this website, and no third-party tracking or advertising pixels are installed.

3. Managing your preferences

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of any page. Your choice is stored on your device and is not linked to your identity.

4. Third-party services

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes technical connection data such as your IP address in the normal course of providing the hosting service. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a font file is requested. WhatsApp links open in Meta’s own application or website and are governed by Meta’s policies.

Terms & Conditions

These General Conditions govern the contracting of the international recruitment, immigration consultancy and relocation services provided by Genesis Arlen Reyes, trading as Arlen Global Mobility.

1. Description of the services

  • International recruitment: talent sourcing, candidate identification, screening, shortlisting and recruitment coordination for companies.
  • Immigration consultancy and coordination of international mobility processes, according to the requirements of each destination.
  • Coordination of visa and residence applications across a range of categories and destinations, always subject to prior assessment and to the availability of the service for the case in question.
  • Coordination of complementary services provided by third parties, such as apostilles, legalisations, sworn translations, medical or travel insurance, bookings and itineraries.
  • Relocation support for professionals moving to a new country for employment.
  • Coordination with qualified immigration and foreign-nationality lawyers where legal representation or specialized legal assistance is required.
  • Partnership arrangements with employers, recruitment agencies and international mobility partners.

2. Scope and professional boundaries

Arlen Global Mobility acts as an international recruitment and mobility consultancy. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation and does not act before administrative or judicial bodies on a client’s behalf.

Where a case requires legal representation or specialized legal assistance, it is referred to a qualified immigration or foreign-nationality lawyer, who is engaged separately by the client or by the employer and acts under their own professional responsibility and insurance.

The same applies to complementary services rendered by third parties — insurance, sworn translations, legalisations, transport or accommodation. Those services are provided by the corresponding authorised provider under its own terms, and Arlen Global Mobility acts as coordinator and point of contact, not as the provider of the service.

3. Contracting process

  1. Initial enquiry and assessment request from the company or the professional.
  2. Assessment of the requirement or the professional profile, and an indication of whether a viable route exists.
  3. Written service proposal, including scope, responsibilities, fees and estimated stages.
  4. Express acceptance of the proposal and signature of the service agreement.

Before any engagement, and in particular where a lawyer or another external provider takes part in the case, the client is informed of the professional or provider responsible, the specific scope of the service, the applicable fees, the responsibilities of each party, the terms of engagement, the cancellation policy, and the processing and transfer of personal data where applicable.

4. Our obligations

  • To provide the agreed services with diligence and professionalism.
  • To inform the client periodically of the status of the process.
  • To set out clearly which stages are our responsibility and which depend on the employer, the client or a third party.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of client and candidate information.
  • To act in accordance with applicable employment, immigration and data protection law.

5. Client obligations

  • To provide all required documentation and information truthfully and completely.
  • To collaborate actively in the process and respond within the timeframes indicated.
  • To notify any change in circumstances that may affect the process.
  • To pay the agreed fees within the periods established.

6. No guarantee of outcome

Arlen Global Mobility does not guarantee employment, a job offer, visa approval, a residence permit or a work authorization. Those outcomes are decided by employers and by the competent authorities of each country. What is guaranteed is diligence and professionalism in the conduct of the process.

We are not liable for delays or refusals caused by matters outside our control, including changes in immigration legislation, decisions of consular or governmental authorities, employer decisions, or incorrect information provided by the client.

7. Fees to candidates

Any fee payable by a professional is set out in writing in the service proposal before it is accepted, together with what it covers and what it does not. No fee is charged for the submission or review of a professional profile through this website.

8. Confidentiality

All information and documentation provided by clients, candidates and partners is treated as confidential and used exclusively for the provision of the contracted service.

9. Data protection

Personal data provided is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and with the GDPR and LOPDGDD.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Tomiño, Pontevedra, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights of consumers under mandatory law.

Data Protection

This document summarises, in one place, how personal data is handled across the recruitment, immigration and relocation process. It complements the Privacy Policy, which remains the full and binding information notice.

1. Controller and privacy contact

The data controller is Genesis Arlen Reyes, trading as Arlen Global Mobility, established in Spain. Privacy requests and questions should be sent to info@arlenglobalmobility.com. A data protection officer has not been appointed, as the criteria in article 37 GDPR are not met; privacy requests are handled directly by the controller.

2. Data minimisation in our forms

The public forms on this website request only what is needed to assess a professional profile or a recruitment requirement. They do not ask for identity document numbers, financial data, health data or criminal record information, and we ask users not to include such information in free-text fields or attachments.

Where a specific immigration procedure later requires additional documentation, it is requested individually, through a secure channel, with an explanation of why it is needed.

3. Candidate data and employers

  • A candidate profile is not sent to an employer without the candidate’s consent for that specific presentation.
  • Only the data relevant to the position is shared: professional experience, qualifications, availability and the documentation required by the destination.
  • Employers and partners receiving candidate data are bound by confidentiality and, where they act as processors, by a written processing agreement.
  • Company contact data is used to respond to the recruitment requirement and to manage the resulting business relationship, not for unrelated marketing.

4. Lawyers as independent controllers

Where a case is referred to a qualified immigration or foreign-nationality lawyer, that professional processes the client’s data as an independent controller, subject to their own professional secrecy obligations and their own privacy notice. We share only what is necessary for the referral and inform the data subject beforehand.

5. Retention and deletion

Retention periods are set out in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. A candidate profile held with no process under way is deleted after 12 months from the last communication, and can be deleted earlier at any time on request to info@arlenglobalmobility.com.

6. International transfers

Cross-border recruitment necessarily involves transfers of data to the destination country. The markets in which we currently operate are Poland, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Spain, Puerto Rico, Canada. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains the safeguards applied under articles 44 to 49 GDPR.

7. Your rights and how to complain

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@arlenglobalmobility.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

8. Breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, the AEPD will be notified within 72 hours (art. 33 GDPR) and affected data subjects will be informed without undue delay (art. 34 GDPR).

Immigration Disclaimer

Scope of our services

Arlen Global Mobility provides immigration consultancy and mobility coordination services. Immigration applications and legal matters may be handled in coordination with qualified immigration and foreign-nationality lawyers when specialized legal assistance or representation is required.

Decisions rest with the authorities

Visa decisions, residence permits and work authorizations are issued exclusively by the competent authorities. Requirements and eligibility vary according to nationality, destination, profession and individual circumstances.

No guarantees

Arlen Global Mobility does not guarantee visa approval, immigration authorization or employment.

Every application is subject to the requirements and criteria of the competent authorities. Arlen Global Mobility and its collaborators do not grant visas and cannot guarantee the approval of an application.

What this means in practice

Submitting a professional profile does not guarantee employment, a job offer, visa approval or immigration authorization. No stage of our process — assessment, presentation to an employer, or immigration coordination — creates an entitlement to a permit or a position.

We do not offer, and will never offer, guaranteed visas, guaranteed approval, guaranteed employment or accelerated processing outside the legal procedures of the destination country.

Not a law firm

Arlen Global Mobility is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. The information published on this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Where a case requires legal representation or specialized legal assistance, it is referred to a qualified immigration or foreign-nationality lawyer, engaged separately, who acts under their own professional responsibility.

Information about destinations

Sector availability, candidate profiles and immigration pathways described on the destination pages reflect employer demand and the legal framework at the time of writing. Availability changes, and a route described in general terms may not be available for a particular nationality or profession. Applicable conditions are confirmed for each specific profile before a process begins.

Reporting a concern

If you believe that anything on this website, or anything said to you by a person claiming to represent Arlen Global Mobility, promises a guaranteed immigration or employment outcome, please tell us at info@arlenglobalmobility.com. We will correct it.
