What we do for candidates
International employment opportunities across selected markets.
Initial review of your professional profile and mobility objectives.
Information and coordination around the immigration pathway applicable to your circumstances.
Support during the transition to your new destination.
Before you apply
Immigration is one of the easiest places to be misled. We would rather be plain about the boundaries of what we do.
What we do
What we never claim
We cannot guarantee a job offer, a visa or a work permit. Those decisions are not ours to make.
We cannot create a pathway where none exists for your profile and destination.
We cannot promise timelines set by immigration authorities.
Get ready
A well-documented profile moves faster. Before you submit, gather what you can of the following — anything missing can be added later.
Employers, dates, and the actual work you performed — not just job titles. Technical detail helps.
Certificates, trade qualifications, licences and any formal recognition you already hold.
A valid passport, and clarity about your current country of residence and legal status there.
An honest level for each language. Some destinations and sectors require a minimum; others do not.
These are the sectors where workforce shortages create genuine demand for international professionals.
Production, assembly, machine operation and industrial maintenance roles across manufacturing plants.
Certified welders, metal fabricators, pipe fitters and structural metalwork specialists.
Shipyard trades, naval outfitting, marine engineering and vessel maintenance profiles.
Skilled construction trades, site supervision, formwork, finishing and civil works profiles.
Warehouse operations, drivers, freight handling and supply-chain support roles.
Hotel operations, kitchen and service brigades, housekeeping and guest-facing roles.
Nursing, care work and allied health profiles, subject to recognition of qualifications in the destination.
Mechanical, electrical, industrial and civil engineering profiles, plus specialised technicians.
Conventional and renewable energy projects, plant operation and technical field roles.
Destinations
We operate through an international network connecting employers, professionals and mobility partners across multiple markets.
These are the markets in which Arlen Global Mobility is currently active. The list is reviewed as new markets become operational.
Other destinations
Beyond the markets above, we also operate with Latvia, Sweden and other destinations for international workers. Each country has its own sectors, timing and immigration procedure, so the route that is realistic for you depends on your profile and nationality.
If the destination you have in mind is not listed here, ask us. We will tell you plainly what we are working on today and what we are not.
Submit your profile
Send us your professional details and we will review them against current opportunities and the mobility pathways available for your destination. If there is no realistic route today, we will tell you that too.
Submitting your profile does not guarantee employment, a job offer, visa approval or immigration authorization.

Questions
No. Submitting your profile does not guarantee employment, a job offer, visa approval or immigration authorization. It starts a review of your profile against the opportunities and pathways that actually exist.
It depends on the sector and the employer. Industrial and technical roles often accept English or a basic working level; healthcare and customer-facing roles usually require the local language. We will tell you what a specific opportunity requires.
Regulated professions — healthcare, some engineering and certain licensed trades — generally require formal recognition in the destination country. Many industrial and operational roles are assessed on documented experience instead.
