Single point of coordination
One contact across sourcing, screening, immigration coordination and relocation, instead of three suppliers who do not speak to each other.
Connecting international talent with companies across borders.

For companies
Access international talent when local recruitment is not enough.
The challenge
Many companies face persistent workforce shortages in technical, operational and specialized positions.
A vacancy that stays open for months is not only a recruitment problem. It slows production, shifts overtime onto existing staff and, in project-driven sectors, puts delivery dates at risk.
The solution
Arlen connects employers with international professionals and coordinates the recruitment and mobility process across borders.
We understand the company's workforce requirements or the candidate's professional profile.
We identify suitable international talent and relevant employment opportunities.
We review professional profiles and documentation according to the requirements of the opportunity.
We coordinate the immigration and mobility process with the appropriate professionals and partners.
We support the transition toward the destination and the next stage of the international journey.
Working with HR
One contact across sourcing, screening, immigration coordination and relocation, instead of three suppliers who do not speak to each other.
Profiles arrive with experience, qualifications and documentation reviewed against the requirements of the position and the destination.
We tell you what depends on us and what depends on the authorities. We do not quote approval dates we cannot control.
A worker who arrives to chaos leaves. Relocation support is part of the recruitment, not an afterthought.
We focus on sectors where workforce shortages create a genuine demand for international talent.
Sector availability differs by destination. Not every sector is open in every market, and opportunities depend on current employer demand as well as the immigration framework of the destination country.
Production, assembly, machine operation and industrial maintenance roles across manufacturing plants.
Certified welders, metal fabricators, pipe fitters and structural metalwork specialists.
Shipyard trades, naval outfitting, marine engineering and vessel maintenance profiles.
Skilled construction trades, site supervision, formwork, finishing and civil works profiles.
Warehouse operations, drivers, freight handling and supply-chain support roles.
Hotel operations, kitchen and service brigades, housekeeping and guest-facing roles.
International markets
We operate through an international network connecting employers, professionals and mobility partners across multiple markets.

Questions
Roles with a documented shortage in the destination and a clear skill definition work best — skilled trades, industrial and technical profiles, logistics and hospitality operations. Highly regulated professions are possible but slower, because qualifications usually need formal recognition.
Responsibilities depend on the destination: some routes are employer-led, others candidate-led. We coordinate the process and set out clearly who does what, and we bring in qualified immigration lawyers where legal representation is required.
No. Work authorization is granted by the competent authorities, not by us. What we can do is assess eligibility carefully before a process starts, so time is not spent on candidates who do not have a viable route.
Yes. Recruitment agencies are one of our partner categories, and we regularly work alongside them on cross-border processes.
