ARLEN GLOBAL MOBILITY International Recruitment, Immigration & Relocation

For companies

International recruitment for positions you cannot fill locally

We search, screen and shortlist professionals abroad, and coordinate the immigration and relocation steps that turn a shortlist into a worker on site.

What the service covers

One process, from the vacancy to the first day

International recruitment fails when it is treated as a search problem alone. A candidate found in three weeks can still be six months away from starting if the work authorization, the documentation and the arrival are not planned alongside the selection.

We begin with the vacancy as the employer describes it: the role, the qualifications that are genuinely required, the shift pattern, the salary band and the date the position needs to be covered. That description determines which countries can realistically supply the profile.

From there the selection and the mobility run together. Every candidate we present has been screened against the requirements of the role and against the requirements of the route that would bring them to the workplace.

What we do at each stage

The scope is agreed in writing before the search begins, so the company knows which steps we handle and which remain with the employer or with an authorised professional.

  • Definition of the role, requirements and realistic sourcing markets
  • International talent sourcing through our own network and local partners
  • Screening of qualifications, experience and documentation
  • Technical and language verification appropriate to the role
  • Candidate shortlisting with a written assessment of each profile
  • Interview coordination across time zones
  • Preparation of the documentation the immigration route requires
  • Coordination with authorised immigration professionals
  • Travel, arrival and accommodation planning
  • Onboarding support during the first weeks on site

Before the search starts

What we need from the employer

A process only becomes real once the employer, the contract, the salary, the conditions and the immigration procedure are confirmed. Until then we do not publish a vacancy, promise a timeline or invite candidates to prepare documents.

That confirmation protects both sides. A company that commits to a start date it cannot support loses the candidate; a candidate who resigns for a job that has not been authorised loses far more.

  • The job description and the qualifications actually required
  • The contract type, salary and working conditions on offer
  • The number of positions and the date they must be covered
  • Who signs the employment offer and the sponsorship documents
  • Any accommodation or transport the company provides

Arlen Global Mobility coordinates the preparation and follow-up of these processes. Legal services and other regulated activities are provided by duly authorised independent professionals or providers. The granting of visas, permits and authorisations depends exclusively on the competent authorities.

Immigration approvals and work authorizations are determined by the competent authorities. Requirements vary according to the destination, nationality, profession and individual circumstances.

Questions

International recruitment — questions employers ask

How long does an international hire take?

Selection is usually the shortest part. The determining factor is the immigration route: the timeline depends on the destination country, the category applied for, the completeness of the documentation and the processing times of the competent authorities, which we do not control. We give an estimate per route once the profile and the destination are known.

Do you provide the legal immigration work yourselves?

No. We coordinate the preparation and the follow-up of the file. Legal and regulated services are provided by duly authorised independent professionals, and the granting of any visa or permit depends exclusively on the competent authorities.

Which sectors do you recruit for?

We concentrate on sectors where shortages are structural rather than seasonal: shipbuilding, metalwork and welding, construction, manufacturing, engineering, logistics and transport, healthcare and hospitality. If a role sits outside those, we say so instead of accepting the mandate.

Send the role, the volume and the date it needs to be covered. We reply with the markets that can realistically supply the profile and what each route would involve.
